Customer Guarantee & Payment Policies
At Tsunami Automation, we design and implement a "Growth OS" for service businesses—connecting your tools, workflows, and automations into one operating system. We want that investment to feel both high‑leverage and de‑risked.
This description captures the final website policy text that underpins our Guarantee page and payment structure. For the full legal terms governing your relationship with us, see our website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Our Irresistible ROI & Satisfaction Guarantee (Overview)
Our core promise is straightforward: when we implement a Growth OS for your business, we expect it to free meaningful time, reduce manual work, and create clearer visibility into your pipeline and operations.
For eligible Growth OS Activation projects, we will:
- Define specific workflows and roles we are targeting (for example, lead capture → booked calls, new client onboarding, payment and invoicing automations).
- Establish baseline metrics together (manual time, response times, error rates, leak points) before we start.
- Build and launch your Growth OS Blueprint over a focused implementation window (typically 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Track results for a defined period after go‑live (usually 30–60 days, depending on the project).
If, after a reasonable period of use, the systems we have delivered are not yet moving the needle toward the agreed outcomes (such as freeing a meaningful number of hours per month, improving conversion or show‑up rates, or reducing operational chaos), we will continue to refine, fix, and extend the implementation at our cost until they do, subject to the cooperation expectations in Section 4 below.
This guarantee focuses on the performance and reliability of the systems we implement, not on guaranteeing any specific revenue, profit, or business valuation outcome.
If there is ever a conflict between this summary and your signed proposal, order form, or service agreement, those documents will control.
2. Payment Structures & Timing
Our pricing is designed to align incentives and keep billing simple and predictable.
2.1 Activation Fee
For most Growth OS engagements, we charge a one‑time Activation Fee at the start of the project. This fee typically covers:
- Discovery and strategy workshops;
- Architecture and Growth OS Blueprint design;
- Initial implementation and configuration of the agreed workflows;
- Launch, testing, and adjustment during the first activation window.
The specific Activation Fee applicable to your project, and what it includes, will be clearly stated in your proposal and/or order form.
Once we begin implementation work on your account, the Activation Fee is generally non‑refundable, except where otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
2.2 Subscription Plans
If you are on a recurring SaaS or service plan (for example, platform access, monitoring, or ongoing optimization), your monthly subscription fee, billing cycle, and included services will be presented during checkout and/or in your order form.
You may be offered an opt‑out trial period for certain plans. In those cases, you provide a payment method upfront and can cancel before the trial ends to avoid subscription charges. When available, these trial terms will be clearly disclosed at the point of signup and will match the terms in your order form.
2.3 Milestones, Installments, and Performance‑Linked Components
For larger or more complex projects, we may use phased or performance‑linked structures, such as:
- Upfront deposits plus milestone payments tied to delivery of specific workflows or assets;
- Installment plans that spread payments over time once certain implementation stages are complete;
- Hybrid arrangements where a portion of fees is linked to clearly defined performance metrics (for example, qualified leads delivered under a lead‑generation agreement, show‑up rates for booked calls, or successful reactivation campaigns), as agreed in writing;
- Optional upsell or downsell packages that extend or deepen your Growth OS implementation.
Any such structures will be described explicitly in your scope of work, proposal, or service agreement. We do not apply performance‑linked billing retroactively or without your written consent.
3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Adjustments
3.1 Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in your agreement or required by law:
- Activation Fees are non‑refundable once implementation work has started; and
- Subscription fees are generally non‑refundable for the current billing period once it has begun.
In keeping with the spirit of our Irresistible ROI & Satisfaction Guarantee, we may, in appropriate cases and at our discretion:
- Provide partial credits;
- Extend service time at no additional charge; or
- Perform additional implementation or optimization work at our cost,
in order to help the systems reach the outcomes we agreed to target.
Any specific refund, credit, or adjustment terms that apply to your engagement will be documented in your order form or service agreement.
3.2 Cancellations
You can usually cancel subscription‑based services through a self‑serve billing portal or by contacting us at the billing or support email address provided in your agreement.
Cancellations stop future renewals but do not typically trigger automatic refunds for past periods, unless expressly stated otherwise in your plan or required by law.
3.3 Changes to Pricing and Policies
We may update our pricing, guarantees, or payment policies from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated in advance where required. Your specific agreement, order form, or statement of work will always control for your current engagement.
4. Responsibilities – Partnership, Not a One‑Sided Promise
Our guarantees and payment structures assume a collaborative partnership.
To deliver the results we are targeting, we ask that you:
- Show up for key strategy and review calls;
- Provide timely access to the tools and accounts we need to integrate (for example, CRM, calendars, website, advertising platforms, messaging tools);
- Give us accurate information about your baseline metrics and any relevant constraints;
- Allow the agreed automations and workflows to run long enough to be measured; and
- Implement reasonable recommendations we agree together regarding lead handling, follow‑up, and operations.
In return, we commit to:
- Building the systems described in your Growth OS Blueprint and order form;
- Testing and monitoring those systems during the agreed activation window;
- Being transparent about progress, challenges, and trade‑offs; and
- Standing behind our work through the Irresistible ROI & Satisfaction Guarantee described above.
