A measurable guarantee with clear limits.
For eligible automation projects, we define the workflow, baseline, target, review period, and remedy in writing before implementation starts. The guarantee covers operational manual-work reduction, not revenue or ad performance.
The promise
If eligible automations do not meet the agreed manual-work reduction target within 60 days of go-live, we complete a documented remediation plan at no additional implementation labor cost.
Measured upfront
No undefined efficiency claims.
60-day window
Measured after the workflow goes live.
No revenue promise
Operational outcomes only.
60-Day Manual-Work Reduction Guarantee
Before we build, we define the workflow, baseline, target, and measurement method. If eligible workflows do not meet the agreed manual-work reduction target within 60 days of go-live, we complete a documented remediation plan at no additional implementation labor cost.
14-Day First Workflow Promise
If you provide the required access, approvals, and assets within 48 hours, we launch your first approved workflow within 14 business days — or we credit your next month of support.
How it works
We define success before we build.
The guarantee only works when the target is specific. That is why every eligible engagement starts with a written measurement plan.
Baseline
We document the current manual steps, tools, handoffs, and estimated time spent before implementation starts.
Target
We agree on the workflows that count toward the guarantee and the monthly time-savings target for those workflows.
Measurement
We review usage, workflow logs, team feedback, and before-and-after task counts during the 60-day window.
Remediation
If an eligible workflow misses the agreed target, we complete a written remediation plan at no extra implementation labor cost.
What the guarantee covers
- In-scope automation workflows listed in the proposal, order form, or written scope of work.
- Workflow reliability, handoff quality, and measurable reduction in manual administrative work.
- Reasonable fixes, configuration changes, and optimization work tied to the agreed measurement plan.
What it does not cover
- Revenue, profit, valuation, ad performance, lead volume, or close-rate promises.
- Third-party platform outages, API changes, client tool limitations, or data the client controls.
- Workflows, departments, campaigns, or tool changes added after scope approval unless added in writing.
Client responsibilities
The guarantee depends on a working partnership.
Automation results depend on access, accurate information, and real usage. These responsibilities keep the guarantee fair and measurable.
Provide timely access to the accounts, tools, data, and team members needed to build and test the workflows.
Give accurate baseline information and approve the success criteria before implementation begins.
Use the launched workflows for long enough to measure them and report issues promptly during the review window.
Avoid materially changing the tools, process, offer, or team responsibilities without a written scope update.
Payment policies
Clear expectations before work begins.
Your signed proposal, order form, service agreement, or statement of work controls the exact commercial terms for your engagement. This page explains the default website policy in plain language.
Activation fees
Activation fees cover discovery, architecture, implementation, launch, and testing. Once implementation begins, they are generally non-refundable unless your signed agreement or applicable law says otherwise.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees cover the active billing period for platform access, monitoring, maintenance, or ongoing optimization. Canceling stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund the current period.
Guarantee remedy
The guarantee remedy is additional in-scope implementation and optimization labor through the documented remediation plan. It is not an automatic cash refund or an unlimited open-ended service commitment.
Agreement controls
If this page conflicts with your signed proposal, order form, service agreement, or statement of work, the signed document controls. This page also does not replace our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.
