Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 10 July 2026
This document is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. It is a general description of our practices, may be updated, and should be reviewed by licensed counsel before you rely on it. If you have questions, contact legal@tsunamiautomation.com.
This Cookie Policy explains how Tsunami Automation Global LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, and how you can control them. Our approach is a notice-and-opt-out model: essential storage runs so the site works, while functional and analytics cookies stay off until you choose them. This Policy works alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Categories We Use
We group cookies into four standard categories. Our consent banner controls Functional and Analytics; both are off by default.
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Run the site, remember your privacy choice, and keep it secure. | Always active (no consent required). |
| Functional / Preferences | Remember choices such as language or layout to improve your experience. | Off by default; loads only if you opt in. |
| Analytics / Performance | Understand traffic and how the site is used, via our analytics and tag-management providers. | Off by default; loads only if you opt in. |
| Marketing / Targeting | Advertising and cross-site measurement. | Not currently used. If we add these, they will be off by default and require opt-in. |
3. First-Party vs Third-Party
First-party technologies are set by us to run the site and remember your preferences. Third-partytechnologies are set by vendors we choose — for example, our analytics providers — and only load if you opt in to that category. Third-party providers are governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Duration
Some technologies are session-based and clear when you close your browser; others are persistent and remain for a set period or until you delete them. Your saved cookie preference persists in local storage until you clear it or change your choice.
5. How to Manage or Withdraw Consent
When you first visit, our privacy-preferences banner lets you:
- Accept all — enable functional and analytics cookies;
- Reject all — keep only strictly necessary storage;
- Manage — turn Functional and Analytics on or off individually, then save your preferences.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your site data (which re-opens the banner) or by using your browser's controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how the site works.
6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. Because our functional and analytics cookies are off by default until you opt in, and because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, a GPC-enabled browser is already treated as having opted out of any such sale or sharing. You can enable GPC through a supported browser or extension; you do not need to do anything else for us to respect it.
7. Your Privacy Choices
Because we do not sell or share personal information, we are not required to post a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. The cookie banner above — together with the GPC signal — is how you exercise your privacy choices for tracking on this site. For all other rights (access, correction, deletion, and more), see our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or the law change; we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Questions?
