Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how to cancel the Services, when fees are and are not refundable, and how our 60-day performance guarantee works. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. If a signed Order Form or separate written agreement says something different, that document controls for your account.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
Your subscription is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time, with no annual lock-in. We keep cancellation at least as simple as sign-up. To cancel, use either method:
- Click "Cancel Subscription" in your account billing settings; or
- Email billing@tsunamiautomation.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. You keep access through the end of the current paid month, and no further monthly charges are made after that period. Usage overages already incurred before cancellation remain payable.
2. One-Time Installation Fee
The installation fee is $1,800 USD one-time (or split-pay of $900 today plus $900 at go-live). It covers strategy, onboarding, configuration, and initial build-out.
Once installation work has begun, the installation fee is non-refundable, except under the 60-day performance guarantee in Section 5 or where a refund is required by law. If you cancel before any installation work has started, the installation fee (or the portion already charged) is refunded.
3. Recurring Subscription Fees
The monthly subscription is $300 USD per month, billed in advance, beginning in month two. Because the plan is month-to-month, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, and we do not prorate or refund partial months. Cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current month.
4. Usage Overages
Each month includes 400 answered-call minutes and 300 SMS. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed monthly in arrears at these rates:
- $0.40 USD per additional answered-call minute;
- $0.05 USD per additional SMS; and
- $10 USD per month for each additional phone number.
These overage unit rates, the included monthly allowance, and the overage rates are disclosed here and on your Order Form, and metered charges are authorized under that Order Form. Overage and other metered usage charges are non-refundable once incurred. We show usage on your invoices so charges are clear.
5. 60-Day Performance Guarantee
If, during the first sixty (60) days after go-live, the Recepcionista AI 24/7 receptionist does not book at least five (5) new jobs for your business, we will refund the full $1,800 installation fee. This guarantee applies only if, for the entire 60-day period, you:
- Keep your primary business phone number routed to the AI receptionist; and
- Keep your connected calendar current, accurate, and available for booking.
This installation-fee refund is the sole and exclusive remedy under the performance guarantee. It does not cover the monthly subscription or usage overages, and it is not a guarantee of any other result. To claim it, email billing@tsunamiautomation.com within thirty (30) days after the end of the 60-day period.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue cash or third-party refunds.
7. Statement Descriptor
Charges and refunds from us appear on your card or bank statement as "TSUNAMI AUTOMATION". If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it so we can resolve it quickly.
8. Renewal Reminders
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Consistent with card-network practice, we send an enrollment confirmation and periodic renewal reminders that include the renewal terms and a link to cancel. See the auto-renewal and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service.
