To operate the Services, Tsunami Automation Global LLC relies on a small set of trusted third-party providers ("subprocessors"). Each processes personal information only to provide its service to us and is bound by data-protection terms that require it to safeguard the data and use it only for that purpose.

We disclose our subprocessors below by category. The specific named providers within each category are made available to business customers on request and as part of our Data Processing Addendum. This page is incorporated by reference into our Privacy Policy.

Requesting the Named List

Business customers can obtain the current list of the specific named providers within each category by contacting privacy@tsunamiautomation.com. The named list is also provided and kept current under our Data Processing Addendum.

How We Use These Providers

  • Record-only design. The receptionist records and transcribes calls; it does not create voiceprints or use voice to identify callers. See our Call Recording & Consent Notice.
  • No model training on your data by default. Our large-language-model providers do nottrain their models on the data we send by default. We use paid business APIs — not consumer apps — for caller content.
  • Bound by contract. Each subprocessor is engaged under data-protection terms that flow down our obligations, including confidentiality and use limited to providing the service.

Notice of New Subprocessors

We give business customers at least 30 days' advance notice before a new subprocessor begins processing their data, so they have the opportunity to review and object as provided in our Data Processing Addendum. To be notified of changes, contact privacy@tsunamiautomation.com.
